What we collect and why

Public email signup is currently closed. If you contact PokerScout by email, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond to your enquiry. The website does not collect poker observations or real player profiles.

Hosting providers may process technical request data to deliver and secure the website. The application does not store your IP address or use advertising pixels, analytics cookies or third-party marketing trackers.

Who handles the information

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Access to operational information is restricted to the operator and service providers needed to run the website. We do not sell personal information. Provider processing locations and international-transfer arrangements must be confirmed before public registration opens.

Retention and your choices

You can ask us to delete an enquiry or stop contacting you at any time. Retention arrangements for a future project-updates list will be confirmed before registration opens.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to its use. Contact the operator above. If UK data protection law applies, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Updates

This notice applies to the marketing website, not a future Poker Scout application. We will update it before materially changing how information is used.
